Charge your mask's battery controller using the included charging cable before first use. A full charge supports multiple sessions - check your user manual for the specific battery capacity and runtime for your device.
When the battery runs low, the controller will indicate it's time to recharge. Do not use the mask while the controller is plugged into mains power - charge the controller separately, then connect it to the mask for your session.
Each session is 10 minutes - the mask auto-shuts off so you don't need to watch the clock. Simple.
For best results, use 3–5 times per week consistently. More time per session doesn't mean faster results - the 10-minute dose of each mode is optimised for your skin's response cycle.
