Shipping usually takes 5 to 18 business days to complete, depending on the destination. Below is a list of countries to which we ship and their estimated transit time:

Free Shipping

Free shipping available in Australia, Canada, Czechia, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Phillippines, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States*

For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies.

For US:

• Free shipping and the $10 flat rate apply to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are subject to a $20 flat rate regardless of order value.

  The exact shipping cost for your address will always be confirmed at checkout before you complete your order.

• You may be eligible for free shipping even for orders under $50 (depends on our available shipping options for your location)

Processing & Dispatch 

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours. A second email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment will be sent as soon as your order ships.
