Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact customerservice@halio-sonic.com to start a return.
Warranty
All Halio devices come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or tampering.
The PureGlow Mask is designed and shaped for full-face treatment - it's not intended for other body parts. For targeted body treatments, check out the Halio Red Light Therapy Device (HRT), which is a handheld wand you can use on any area.
Charge your mask's battery controller using the included charging cable before first use. A full charge supports multiple sessions - check your user manual for the specific battery capacity and runtime for your device.
When the battery runs low, the controller will indicate it's time to recharge. Do not use the mask while the controller is plugged into mains power - charge the controller separately, then connect it to the mask for your session.
Each session is 10 minutes - the mask auto-shuts off so you don't need to watch the clock. Simple.
For best results, use 3–5 times per week consistently. More time per session doesn't mean faster results - the 10-minute dose of each mode is optimised for your skin's response cycle.
Yes, and that's part of the point. The PureGlow Mask weighs only 93 grams, making it one of the lightest LED masks available, easy to pack, easy to carry.

Travelling by air? As with any device with a lithium battery, carry it in your hand luggage only - not checked baggage.
The Halio Red Light Therapy Device is designed to be comfortable - most users feel a gentle warmth and a mild tingling or vibration sensation during use. This is completely normal and a sign the device is working.
If you feel any sharp pain or significant discomfort, stop the session, wipe the device clean, and make sure you've applied a conductive gel or serum before use. If discomfort continues, reduce the intensity level or consult our support team.
Do not use the HRT if you are pregnant, undergoing cancer treatment, on photosensitivity medications, have a pacemaker or implanted device, or are under 18.
