Warranty Request

Halio warrants all devices for a period of 1 year after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from the normal use of the device.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device.
Promotional free gifts have separate warranty terms that vary by promotion and may be shorter than our standard 1-year warranty. If your gift arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. Free gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item or store credit of equal value. Promotional items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
The warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
