Shipping and Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Wash your hands, apply facial cleanser, then press the power button for 3s to turn on the device. Select the vibration level, wet the brush head, and begin cleansing your face using circular motions for optimal cleaning. Press the power button for 3s to turn off the device and rinse your face.
STEP 2
Hot Therapy
Apply serum and moisturizer, then turn on the device and quickly press the Hot Compress button to activate the heat mode. The red light will turn on by default; press twice to turn the red light on/off.
STEP 3
Cold Therapy
After the product is absorbed, switch to cold mode by pressing the Cold Compress button. The blue light will turn on by default; press twice to turn the blue light on/off. Use the cold mode to help shrink pores and firm your skin.
