- Begin by wetting the bristles of the toothbrush and adding a small amount of toothpaste. Position the bristles at a slight angle towards the gum line, making sure they are in contact with the teeth.
- Switch on the electric toothbrush. If you wish to change the brushing mode, press and hold the power button continuously after turning on the device.
- Apply gentle pressure and move the brush head back and forth over the teeth. To ensure thorough cleaning, divide your mouth into four sections.
