  • Return & Cancellation Window
    • All sales are final once an order is placed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout due to immediate processing and fulfillment.
    • However, unopened and unused items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
    • Items must be purchased directly from halio-sonic.com. Returns for items bought from third-party retailers should follow the retailer’s policy.
    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact our customer support team at customerservice@halio-sonic.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • For returns inside the United States, we’ll provide a return authorization number, a prepaid return shipping label, and instructions for returning your item. Securely package the item in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label to send it back.
    • For returns outside the United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Halio will provide the return authorization number and the address of our designated U.S.-based warehouse, along with packing instructions. A prepaid label will not be provided for non-U.S. returns.
  • Refund Process:
    • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll issue a full store credit within 7-10 business days.
    • The store credit has no expiration date and can be used for any purchase on halio-sonic.com.
    • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the store credit is issued.
  • General Information:
    • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
    • Defective Items: If your item is defective, please refer to our separate warranty policy for replacements or repairs.
    • Price Adjustments: If an item you purchased is offered at a lower price on our website within 7 days from your purchase date, Halio will provide store credit for the price difference upon request. Please note that price differences resulting from currency exchange rate fluctuations are not eligible for store credit.
