Halio warrants all devices for a period of 2 year after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from the normal use of the device.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device.

The warranty does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.

Notice: The above regulations apply to all products purchased on and after 1st January 2026. For orders placed before January 1, 2026, the 1-year warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
